4 Eggs
1½ Cups Corn Oil
2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Carrots - Grated
  • 2nd Bowl
2 Cups Flour
1 Tbl. Cinnamon
½ Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Walnuts/ prefer Pecans
  • Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. 13" X 9" Pan
  • Frosting
½ Cube Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Sugar - powdered
