Carrot Cake

- 1st Bowl
- 4 Eggs
- 1½ Cups Corn Oil
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Cups Carrots - Grated
- 2nd Bowl
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbl. Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Walnuts/ prefer Pecans
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. 13" X 9" Pan
- Frosting
- ½ Cube Butter
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups Sugar - powdered
